Hornet baseball falls to Troy, 13-2.
 

The Wellsboro Varsity Baseball team fell to Troy 13-2 in six innings on Saturday, April 11.

The Hornets' struggles at the plate continued on the day, as they only recorded four hits. Junior Dawson Prough had the best day as he went 3-for-3, had a double, and scored a run. Freshman Dalton Prough had the Hornets' other hit, and Junior Joe Allen scored the Hornets' second run on the afternoon.

With the loss, the Hornets fall to 1-2 (0-1 NTL Division 1). The team will be back in action on Monday, April 13 as they travel to Coudersport.
