Three Hornets make All-Region baseball team.

Three members of the 2015 Wellsboro Varsity Baseball team were recently selected to the All-Region baseball team by the Towanda Daily Review.

Junior Dawson Prough was the Hornets' lone first team selection and also earned a Gold Glove at shortstop. Dawson led the Hornets' hit leader (32), leading run scorer (34), and led the team with a .542 batting average. He also hit two home runs, was second on the team in RBI's (24) and did not strike out all year.

Also appearing on the list were Freshmen Johnny Rowland and Dalton Prough. Both were named to the All-Rookie team.

WellsboroAthletics.com would like to congratulate Dawson, Johnathan, and Dalton on their selections, and thank them for their hard work and dedication during the year.
