Sullivan County repeats as Christiansen Tire Tournament champions.

2013 Sullivan County vs. Northeast Bradford BaseballLERAYSVILLE - Sullivan County repeated as Christiansen Tire Tournament champions Saturday.

In their first round match-up they defeated Susquehanna 16-1 then beat Northeast Bradford 10-0 in the championship game.

The Panthers defeated Williamson 9-1 in their preliminary game with the Warriors then beating Susquehanna 16-1 in the third place game.

In the title game the Griffins scored three runs in the first, then added two more in the third to go up 5-0. A 4-run fourth inning made it 9-0 followed by a run off a Colton Frye RBI in the fifth made it a 10-0 final.

Derek Farrell went 3-for-3 with 2-RBI to lead Sullivan while Kelby Mullen (2-for-4) and Zach Meyer (2-for-3) had multiple hit games. Mullen's included a double, two runs scored and an RBI while Meyer also had a double with two runs scored.

Fry, Tom Blasi and Sean Flannery also had hits with Blasi's a double. Blasi added 2-RBI and a run scored while Flannery scored twice and Fry knocked two runs in.

Also for Sullivan Lucas Hatton scored twice while Barry Heinrich crossed home once.

Mullen got the start and the win, going three innings to strike out four while allowing two walks and no hits. Heinrich finished out, striking out four while allowing three hits and one walk.

Austin Saxer, Cody Clark and Bryan Ford had the Panther hits.

Jesse Stroud started and scored the loss, going 2 2/3-innings to allow five hits, five runs and one walk. Clark finished the final 1 2/3-innings with one strikeout while allowing three hits, five runs and three walks.

In Sullivan's win over Susquehanna in four innings Sean Flannery led the way at the plate, going 3-for-3 with two runs and 3-RBI. Heinrich (2-for-4), Hatton (2-for-2) and Mullen (2-for-3) also had multiple hit games. Heinrich's included a double, four runs and an RBI, Hatton's included two runs and 2-RBI while Mullen's included a double and 3-RBI.

Meyer, Blasi, Conner Wylie, Robert Hoffman and Ferrall all had hits. Meyer's included a run and 2-RBI, Ferrall and Hoffman had a run scored and an RBI while Blasi and Wylie also scored.

Fry added two runs scored.

Heinrich started and earns the win, going two innings to strike out four with no hits and no runs. Flannery went the final two, striking out while allowing one walk, one hit and one run.

In Northeast's win over Williamson Zajac led the way, going 5-for-5 with 5-RBI and a run scored. He was also the winning pitcher, going six innings to strike out 11 while allowing six walks, four hits and one run.

Stroud finished out the final inning with a strikeout and two walks.

Aaron Pifer, Ben Abell, Nic Geiser and Ford had hits in the game for the Panthers. Stroud and Dylan Chapman each scored twice wile Pifer, Dylan Saxon, Ford and Jake Hottle also crossed home.

Saxon and Abell each had an RBI.

Logan Everett led Williamson, going 2-for-5 with a run scored.
