Mansfield baseball downs Troy in six.

The Mansfield Tigers stayed unbeaten with a 13-3 win over Troy in NTL baseball action on Tuesday.

J.P. Shaw struck out eight in four innings on the mound, and Levi Adams pitched two innings of one-hit ball.

Shaw had two hits, with a home run, two runs scored and three RBI for Mansfield, and Kipp Hillson had two hits, with a double, four RBI and two runs scored.

Carl Dinger had two hits, two RBI and a run scored, and Adams had a hit and an RBI.

Dylan Wesneski scored a run and Dewey Wise had an RBI and a run scored, while Eli Compton scored a run and Dylan Williamson had a hit.

Justice Giarth had a hit, an RBI and a run scored, and Joel Whitteker had a hit and scored a run.

Nathan Swain had two hits and two RBI for Troy, and Kyle Schucker had a hit and scored two runs.

Clark Jackson had a hit and a run scored, and Collin Binford had a hit and an RBI, while Dane Smith had a hit.

Schucker struck out four in 5 1/3 innings on the mound.

Jordan Rockwell threw a one-hitter with eight strikeouts in the win on Tuesday.

Matt Williams had a pair of doubles, two RBI and three runs scored, and Rockwell had a hit, an RBI and two runs scored. Sam Wheeler scored three runs, and Connor Hanafin had a hit, two RBI and a run scored.

John Esposito had a hit, two runs scored and three RBI, and James Esposito had two hits and three RBI.

Gavin Lundy-McCutcheon had a hit, an RBI and a run scored, and Colby Sindoni scored a run.

Jon Daley had Williamson's hit, and Chase Austin, Hunter Sackett and Colin Heilbrun struck out two between them on the mound.
