Walk-off leads Mansfield past Williamson.

Levi Adams had a walk-off hit with the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh as North Penn-Mansfield edged Williamson 7-6 on Friday.

Kipp Hillson was 4-for-5 with a run scored. Hillson is 9 for his past 12 for the Tigers. One of Hillson's hits was a double.

Brendan Hill had two hits, an RBI and a run scored, with a double, and J.P. Shaw had a triple, a run scored and two RBI.

Joel Whitteker had an RBI and Carl Dinger had a hit.

Logan Adams had a double and scored two runs and Dylan Wesneski had a hit and scored a run.

Levi Adams had a hit and an RBI, Dewey Wise had a hit and scored a run and Justice Giarth had two hits.

Carl Dinger pitched 3 1/3 innings, Logan Adams worked 1 2/3 and Hillson pitched two hitless innings of relief. The three combined to strike out four.

Matt Learn had two hits for Williamson and scored two runs and Chase Austin had a double and three RBI. Jon Daley had a hit and Hunter Sackett had a hit and a run scored, while Colin Heilbrun had a hit and scored twice. Wyatt Gorg had a hit and scored a run and Jake Rice had a hit and an RBI. Austin and Sackett pitched, striking out six.

Athens 8, Canton 1

The Wildcats scored three runs in the first inning and tacked on five in the fifth to get the win.

Matt Collins worked six innings, striking out three and allowing five hits, two walks and one unearned run. Joe Horn pitched an inning of one-hit shutout baseball to close out the win.

Luke Newman had two hits, with a double, two RBI and a run scored and Horn had a double, an RBI and a run scored.

Daniel Joyce had two hits, with two RBI and Cody Jennings had a hit and scored two runs.

Ryan Kennedy had a hit and scored a run and Aaron Barry had a hit, an RBI and a run scored.

Cory Stivason and Marc Felt scored runs and Cody Sindoni had an RBI.

Mike Smithers had a 3-for-3 day with a run scored for Canton and Ethan Landis, Bryce Cole and Mason Martell had hits. Cole had an RBI for Canton.

Brendan Landis worked four innings, Smithers pitched an inning and Cole worked an inning, combining for two strikeouts.
