"Joe has another solid outing for us tonight," said Wellsboro coach Philip Prough. He was in control and allowed us to get a lead which gave us the chance to get some mound work for Dalton and Dawson. Our batting wasn't as crisp as it could have been. We were caught lunging on slower pitches.

"Baseball is a grind. Sometimes you can't over analyze your performance. You just have get through the grind of a game. Tonight was that kind of a night. The boys are playing steady, consistent baseball. We made some base-running outs tonight being aggressive, but I can accept that. Overall, I'm pleased with tonight and how we're playing."
