Mansfield's Hillson headlines NTL baseball All-Stars.

Mansfield's Taylor Hillson was named the NTL baseball Player of the Year Sunday.

Canton's Chase Pepper was named the Pitcher of the Year while there were two Co-Rookies of the Year in Canton's Kyle Landis and Wellsboro's Dawson Prough.

The Canton coaching staff was named the Coaching Staff of the Year.

This was the first year that NTL All-stars were selected by both East and West coaches together due to cross-over games now counting as League games.

The First Team consists of Athens' Curt Moore and Troy Stivason, Wyalusing's Andrew Pickett, Canton's Emmett Watson, Chase Pepper, Josiah Bardo, Kyle Landis, Wes Moore and Garrett Wesneski, Wellsboro's Matt Reese, Dawson Prough and Ben Shaw, Troy's Josh Mattocks, Sayre's Nick Skerpon and David Mendola, Towanda's Nick Place, Dylan Bates, Austin Markel and Tristan James and Mansfield's Bryce Zaparzynski and Hillson.

On Second Team is Athens' Craig Moore, Tyler Forbes, Nick Vosburg and Zane Vargason, Troy's Landis Zimmerman and Kyle Schucker, Northeast Bradford's Nik Geiser and James Zajac, Mansfield's Brady Andrews and Sam Rotella, Towanda's Brandon Dinelli and Sawyer Strope, Wyalusing's Shane Salsman, Dylan Otis, Kyle Tinna and Cody Pickett, Canton's Connor Route, Wellsboro's Dylan Prough and Sayre's Cody Ketter.

Honorable Mention includes Troy's Chance Lantz, Kyle Jackson and Jarrod Mattocks, Wellsboro's Connor Coolidge, Northeast Bradford's Aaron Pifer and Bryan Ford, Mansfield's Max Colegrove, Jarod Burd and Ben Wilson, CV's Luke Plummer and Williamson's Hunter Huyett and Troy Adriance.
