Stillman's walk-off grand slam leads Waverly.

Brendyn Stillman hit a walk-off grand slam as Waverly rallied past Trumansburg 11-8 in baseball action on Saturday.

Waverly trailed 8-3 after the top of the fifth, but scored three in the fifth and three in the seventh to pick up the victory.

Zack Gingrich had two hits, with a triple, an RBI and three runs scored and Zach Saxon had a triple, three RBI and two runs scored.

Stillman had the grand slam and scored two runs and Peyton Miller had a hit and a run scored.

Isiah King had a hit and an RBI and Collin Traub scored a run.

Nate Bennett had a double and a run scored and Kyle Kinsley had a double, while Mike Girolamo had an RBI and Josh Knolles scored a run.

Gavin Bennett started on the mound for Waverly, striking out six in 3 2/3 innings and Gingrich struck out one in 1 1/3 innings. Traub struck out five in two hitless innings to get the win for Waverly.

Glenn Addicott, Trevor Rumsey and Jake Shelley had two hits each for Trumansburg.

Troy 25, CV 12

Troy hit three home runs and scored 11 runs in the seventh inning on their way to the win on Saturday.

Mitchell Morse had a grand slam, a double, four RBI and two runs scored and Kyle Schucker had two hits, with a home run, four RBI and two runs scored.

Kyle Jackson had two hits, with a home run, four runs scored and two RBI.

Brandon Mattocks had three hits and scored three runs and Jarod Mattocks had a double, two runs and an RBI.

Clark Jackson had two hits, with two runs and four RBI and Tyler Comstock had a hit, a run and an RBI.

Nathan Swain had a hit and a run and Andre Clark scored a run. Dane Smith scored four runs, Collin Binford had two hits and scored two runs and Briar Jenkins scored a run.

Tyler Melko was 4-for-4 with two home runs, a solo home run and a three-run home run, a double, four RBI and three runs scored for CV.

Chris Lingle had three hits and scored two runs and Brendon Bell had two hits, with a double and a run scored.

Nevin Stiles had three hits and scored a run and Jace Beiser had a hit and scored a run.

Caleb Fitzwater had a hit and scored two runs and Matt Freeman had a hit, Wyan Doan had a hit and scored a run and Corey Wells scored a run.

Nathan Swain got the win for Troy, striking out five in 5 2/3 innings and Schucker, Binford and Brandon Mattocks combined to strike out two in relief.

Lingle started on the mound for CV as the Indians pitchers combined to strike out five.

Troy hosts Williamson on Monday.

Wellsboro 4, Milton 3

Wellsboro got two hits each from Dawson and Dalton Prough in the win on Saturday.

Dawson Prough had a double and scored a run in the game.

Nick TremperCaleb Tennis and Johnny Rowland each had hits for the Green Hornets.

Joe Allen struck out four in five innings on the mound and Sam Moss got the win in relief, working two one-hit innings with two strikeouts.

Brandon Stokes was 1-for-3 for Milton.

Neumann 8, Sullivan County 5

The Griffins led 8-5 but lost on a bases-loaded walk.

Taylor Baldwin had two hits, a run scored and two RBI for the Griffins and John Saxe had a hit, a run and an RBI.

Lucas Schultz had a hit, a run and an RBI and Robert Hoffman had three hits, with two runs and two RBI.

Adam Szklanka had three hits, with two RBI and a run scored and Brice Hoffman had a hit, an RBI and a run.

Jeremy Houck had three hits and scored two runs.

Hoffman pitched six innings and Baldwin and Szklanka each worked 1/3 of an inning.

Isaac Beiter led Newman with two hits.
